About Kathleen’s Work

Quotes from Past Clients!

“Kathleen, what you’ve done with out staff is extraordinary.  You have a rare gift not only with people, but also with words.  Thank you for taking on our ‘kingdom’ and being a healing voice and presence!”

“In all the years of my career, Kathleen stands out as singular as someone who listens deeply, speaks courageously, and patiently walks beside you until you can see the light for yourself…”

“Kathleen was the perfect person for us to bring in…She was warm and inviting, knowledgeable and professional, but not intimidating or threatening.”

The guiding passion behind 4D FOCUS is the conviction that every human being is wired for making a good and satisfying life for themselves and those they love, and for making a unique contribution to the world.  However discovering and carving out paths that will allow each of us to do so can be challenging but well worth the journey.

Similarly work teams and organizations often struggle with how to encourage and equip team members to bring their best to the table so that the whole can thrive–without undue stress, competing agendas and interpersonal conflict.

4D FOCUS shines in supporting teams and individuals who long for clarity as they navigate these life challenges and seek to maximize focus and effectiveness.  Whether working with individuals, teams, staff or leadership boards, Kathleen grounds much of her work in a number of respected, well-researched assessments that draw from a variety of sources–including Jungian understandings of personality and group & family systems research. Tailoring to fit the particular needs of a situation or community is a priority.  Most recently Kathleen has invested energies in designing a workshop to better equip individuals and communities for having difficult conversations, respectfully and well, across differences. Although intended for faith communities in particular, it can be adapted for other settings.
